Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario was born and raised in Milan, learning the passion for cooking and savoring food while working under some of the best chefs in Italy and throughout Europe. Luigi was honored to be named “Best Young Chef” in Italy before moving to the U.S. His culinary philosophy and passion reflects his roots and traditional upbringing, allowing the fresh natural flavors of each season and each ingredient to have an expression of their own. His thoughtful and inspired menus infuse Terra Rossa with the warmth and hospitality of his home in Italy.
